Let me reflect on November.
What I Did in November#
Hosted Matching Dev Meetup#
I hosted Matching Dev Meetup #1 - iOS / Android on November 14 (Wednesday). Please check our company blog for photos and details from the event. As mentioned in the blog, this event came about from excitement during a conversation with satoshin21 at potatotips. I was hoping to make it a homey event, and I was happy that the networking was lively even before it started. I’d like to continue holding this event.
I forgot to mention in the company blog, but the satisfaction rate was a great 95% out of 20 responses!

Thank you again to everyone who participated!
Started Reading “The Android Test Bible”#
I’ve never been good at reading books, but I’m reading it little by little. I’ve finished up to chapter 3 so far.

The message of “Testing is important” in chapter 1 really resonated with me. Continuing to read.
Started Reading “The Manager’s Path: A Guide for Tech Leaders Navigating Growth and Change”#
One of our engineering ring managers recommended it on the times channel, so I bought it. (At least there was no Japanese e-book version on Amazon.) I’ve only just gotten into chapter 2. So far, rather than “lots of completely new things,” there are “many things where I think ‘yeah, I need to be conscious about that…’” Already glad I bought it. Even things that seem obvious when pointed out—there are lots of things I can’t actually do consciously about. Like the quote below:
Developing a sense of ownership and authority for your own experiences at work, and not relying on your manager to set the entire tone for your relationship, is an important step in owning your career and workplace happiness.
※Update December 3 (Monday)
The electronic version is available for sale on the O’Reilly Japan website! Thank you @takasfz for letting me know!

Strolled Through Meiji Shrine’s Ginkgo Tree Lane#
I went 1-2 weeks ago. There were so many people…! The colors are probably the most beautiful around this time!

Thanks for November~ ヽ(’∀’)ノ
